Lady Bird Walking Tour

Joan took me on a great walk through many the sites that were seen in the film Lady Bird.

We started the walking tour at 55th street and Folsom and made our way all the way to McKinley Park. She packed a great wonderful lunch for us and then we headed back to complete a six mile tour. This was tour one of 2. Looking forward to tour 2!

Kristina's Memorial Service

Today we celebrated the life of Kristina Lambert. Her sister Kathy had a beautiful open house service. Many attended and brought foods of all types for the pot luck dinner.   3/4/17

Star Wars Surprise Birthday Party

Isaac gave me a great surprise birthday party on Saturday night February 25th,  a day before my 51st birthday. Needless to say that the theme was Star Wars with a guest arrival from  Darth Vader! We all had a blast.. 2/25/17

Another great year has come and gone! The birthday celebration began again this year with a night with a great friend!  My thoughts are  that everyone should enjoy their unique time and no better way than endulging on and around your birthday.

Today we participated in obmn of the largest Marches in history.  Over 20,000 people marched for women's rights this day. 1/20/2017

Carrie Fisher - Our Princess Leia

Such a sad loss today. Carrie Fisher passed away from heart related issues at the very young age od 60.  Facebook was filled with posts from so many people expressing their sadness and disbelief that our Princess Leia was no longer with us. 12/27/16
